Kari Snyder, MFA, is a Learning & Development Executive and Senior Instructional Designer focused on leveraging interactive, multi-media blended learning experiences utilizing various LMS platforms, XR, 3D simulations and AI technology. She is a proponent of research and data based design strategy, gamification, and effective use of technology for customized learning experiences. Her experience includes Project Management and Mentorship and she has managed and led internal and external teams of up to 90 both in-house and with remote, global teams. For six years she taught Digital Media for the University of Houston and developed curriculum for the program.
